Sarabjit Kaur Cheema
Sarabjit Kaur Cheema is a dedicated teacher at James Logan High School who brings a lifelong commitment to public service and a proven record of local leadership. Having served for 12 years as an elected New Haven Unified School District Trustee, she stands out as the only candidate with experience in local government legislation.
Her public service extends to four years on the Human Relations Commission, direct work on the 2040 General Plan, and a 20-year career as a Caltrans civil engineer. Sarabjit embodies a leader’s vision, a teacher’s heart, and an engineer’s training to moveUnion City forward.
